CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

It is with great enthusiasm that the AzFRW Nominating Committee announces that applications are now being accepted for the following elected officer positions for the 2026-2027 term. In-person interviews will be scheduled for all applicants on June 19-20, 2025.

Positions Open for Nomination:

• President – Official Representative of the Federation
• 1st Vice President – Responsible for Programs
• 2nd Vice President – Responsible for Membership
• 3rd Vice President – Responsible for Ways and Means
• Secretary – Responsible for Minutes, Records
• Treasurer – Responsible for Finances

AzFRW has eight Regions, each with multiple clubs. Region Director applicants are required to go through the interview process at the summer meeting.

Candidate recommendations will be presented in the report provided by the Nominating Committee. Elections will occur October 11, 2025.

Term of Office: Two years, beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.
Eligibility Requirements: The nominee for President shall have served as a member of the Executive Committee.
Commitment Expectation: Executive Committee members are expected to attend all Executive Committee meetings, typically three per calendar year.
